Have you heard of the 212 concept before?

Here it goes.  As we know, water is very hot at 211 degrees.  But at 212, it boils.  As it steams, the energy can by used to power a locomotive. Water at just one degree less, 211, produces nothing, but hot water.  At 212, water can do miraculous things, while at 211, not so much. That one degree makes all the difference.

Working with John 1-on-1 as your personal business coach, helps you achieve that one degree that will make all the difference for performance and results.

Depending on your goals, I will…

Personality Testing

Knowing more about your personality can be valuable catalyst to achievement and successful relationships.

First published in 1962 and used by millions of people, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.

DISC:  The assessments classify four aspects of behavior by testing a person’s preferences iword

DISC is an acronym for:

(Note: Sometimes the word Drive is used in place of Dominance)

(Note: Sometimes the word Influence is used in place of Inducement)

Submission – relating to patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness

(Note: Sometimes the word Steadiness is used in place of Submission)

Compliance – relating to structure and organization

(Note: Sometimes the words Caution or Conscientiousness are used in place of Compliance)
